Sky Farm Support Services is a registered NDIS provider run by Patrick and Lauren Flynn, who were born and raised in Launceston.
Patrick, a farmer, and Lauren, a former teacher, bring their skills and genuine care into our unique farm-based services.
We offer meaningful activities, Supported Independent Living (SIL) with stunning farm views just 25 km from Launceston, and respite services in St Helens on Tasmania’s East Coast.
We’re proud to be different, helping participants from all ages and backgrounds learn new skills, feel at home, and enjoy the one-of-a-kind farm experience we offer.
